Agiltron Inc.は、25年以上の研究開発実績を持つ米国の光ファイバー・電気光学部品メーカーで、光スイッチ、可変アッテネータ、変調器、ファイバカプラ、レーザ、フォトディテクタ、ファイバアンプを製造する。2016年11月に光デバイス企業Photonwaresの傘下に入り、現在もAgiltronブランドを継続使用している。航空宇宙・防衛、商用・産業、ライフサイエンス市場に供給する。
沿革

2001Agiltronは、かつて買収されたSBIR企業でCorning Applied Technologiesとして運営されていたNZ Appliedを母体に、2001年に再編・設立された。

2008Agiltronは2008年4月にMultispectral Imagingを買収し、イメージング製品分野の能力を拡大した。

2009Agiltronは2009年2月9日にSensArray Infraredを買収した。

2009Agiltronは2009年7~8月、非公開企業Raman Systems Inc.（テキサス州オースティン）の資産を取得し、可搬型ラマン分光計技術を獲得した。同社はAgiltronの事業部門となった。

2016Agiltronは2016年11月にPhotonwaresに買収された。光ファイバー部品事業についてはAgiltronのブランド名がそのまま継続使用された。
